Centrifuges
A centrifuge is a piece of laboratory equipment which separates liquids of different densities and can also be used to separate liquids from solids which are held in suspension. Within a centrifuge, the liquid which needs to be separated is placed in a container. This container is subsequently rotated at a high speed. The centrifugal force generated by this extremely rapid rotation causes the denser liquids to separate towards the bottom of the container, whilst the lighter liquids separate towards the top of the container.

At Labmode, we supply our customers with the latest range of Hettich and Eppendorf centrifuges. From simple separation to sequencing, our range of centrifuges are suitable for all of your everyday laboratory needs.
